Nathan Dunbar is a dedicated, people-first professional with a passion for adventure and making lasting connections. Originally from a small town in Eastern North Carolina, Nathan brings the values of community, kindness, and meaningful relationships into every aspect of his life.
His strong sense of connection to others has always guided him, whether he’s helping someone find their dream home or simply spreading joy through his positive energy.

A graduate of NC State University with a degree in Business Management, he combines his expertise with a genuine love for helping others, making him a natural fit for the team.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching and playing sports, traveling, and seeking new adventures in the great outdoors. His love for trying new things and connecting with people fuels his vibrant approach to life. For Nathan, the ultimate goal is to make people feel loved and welcomed, and he approaches each day with the intention of spreading happiness and putting smiles on faces.
