We have too many leads and not enough agents. If you enjoy being part of a fun team that works hard and challenges each other, then this might be the right opportunity for you! Spend tens of thousands of dollars on marketing each month with 3 Marketing Associates to help you grow your brand. Have an entire department dedicated to ensuring your transactions go smoothly. To be considered for this role, you must have a valid NC Real Estate License.

We are looking for experienced, licensed professionals but are willing to train candidates with outside sales experience. The Coley Group Of Compass has consistently been ranked as one of the top Real Estate Teams in the Triangle.

Compensation: Traditional Commission Model + Commission
