Our clients reached out to us after hearing about our successful sale of another 12 Oaks home. Disappointed with their previous agent and sitting listing, we knew we could help immediately.
Pricing
After walking through the home, studying the market, running comps, and learning more about the sellers' situation and needs, we showed our clients how this home was actually priced too high for this shifting market. The Details
Our clients' previously had their home listed with another agent. It sat on the market for 22 days. We then listed their home at $1.1M. It sold in 3 days.

We took 104 Roseroot Court off the market and were on a mission. It was time to come up with a gameplan.

Once listed, we then executed. We hosted an open house to drive foot traffic in! Knowing the dynamic of the neighborhood, we ended up inviting Pelican's Snowballs ice cream truck to sit outside so that residents could stop by and "pick their neighbors". This was a hit and a great way to draw people in! This home was on the market for three days...one weekend. We received several offers, and ended up accepting an offer of $1.135M.
