In this case, our listing agent, Devin Curlings, and the team evaluated the home and advised the sellers what repairs, changes, and investments should be made in order to get this house market-ready.

We immediately brought in our stager/designer, Alisa with Linden Creek, to help with paint colors, carpet, cabinet colors, and hardware. In addition, we brought in vendors to provide estimates for paint, carpet, and a handyman to look at miscellaneous items throughout the home. We also arranged our trusted landscaper, Easley Does it, to freshen up the yard and cut back the bushes to show the stunning curb appeal this all brick estate had to offer.

Our videographer Damien did a fantastic job with this one, and the listing agent, Devin assisted in the production of what she felt, was "a motion picture. It was fabulous, and everything I could have envisioned."
