We listed the home as a Compass Exclusive prior to going to the market while preparing the house. We partnered with Linden Creek Staging, had professional photos and videos taken (which you can see below), and executed a marketing plan during the Coming Soon phase to garner interest.

We posted the home on Marketplace as a Compass Exclusive, which alerted hundreds of other agents (and by extension, their entire buyer database) of this new listing.

We also created and sent an email to Compass agents through our Newsletter Feature.
Social Media Advertising
We widely advertised the home on Facebook and Instagram that included Coming Soon, Just Listed, and a video tour.
YouTube Advertising

While we received three sight unseen offers on the property that were higher than expected, our seller decided to stick with the original plan of going to market.
