Founded by Mike & Donna in 2002
After relocating to Raleigh in 2002, Mike and Donna Poupard established Grayson Homes because of the city's family-friendly environment. Mike's experience in electrical engineering and Donna's office management and realtor's license helped them grow the firm into a prosperous family enterprise. Madison and Grant, their children, also made contributions to the company. Since then, Grayson Homes has constructed over 100 beautiful homes and developed lifetime partnerships. Their goal is to build high-quality, custom properties that improve the lives of its residents.
