My name is Julie Perry
As Director of Marketing, I help bring creativity and passion into our community and every interaction representing our clients and brand.
After graduating from the University of Georgia, Julie moved to Atlanta to begin her marketing career in the industrial automation field, working for an international engineering/manufacturing company. After a few years, she decided it was time to move on and pursue something she found to be more tangible, fulfilling, and interesting in regards to the creative aspect of marketing - what better ‘fresh start’ than in a whole new state. Julie moved to Raleigh in the summer of 2021 and has been loving taking on a new city and new industry in real estate.
Although she refuses to ever become an NC sports fan 😉, she is otherwise thrilled to have the beach, mountains, and city at her fingertips, all without a flight or change of state. Julie is a lover of nature and outdoors, animals (especially her red-nosed pitbull), the ocean, and of course loads of food & friends.
