My name is Scott Griggs

After spending 25 incredible years in San Diego, I've made the heartfelt decision to return home to North Carolina. This move allows me to be closer to my family in Wake Forest, which has been a driving force behind this new chapter in my life.

As a graduate of Northern Nash Senior High School in Rocky Mount and a veteran of the U.S. Navy, returning home has been a powerful and emotional experience. Being closer to my family in Wake Forest is something I deeply cherish, as it has allowed me to reconnect with my roots and the community that shaped who I am. We met Scott Griggs at an open house he was hosting for one of his listings. In our conversation, he was helpful in the clarification of our needs, and how various north county areas might fit our objectives. With our permission, he started a process that forwarded listings that generally fit our goals. Through that process, we found several houses that were suitable. In short order, we found listing on which we wanted to make an offer. He was there with us in the construction of our offer and the presentation to the seller's agent.
