Meet Julia Sawchak

Julia Sawchak is a Cary native, proud to help others call the area home. Holding an MBA from the University of Chicago, Julia brings her executive presence to every interaction. She approaches real estate with a strategic mindset, prioritizing client goals—both financial and emotional—above all else.

 

A proud alumna of Cary Academy and Wake Forest, Julia appreciates the value placed on the excellent education that North Carolina provides. Her parents moved to the area in order to pursue graduate school at Duke University. The promise of opportunity—both educational and professional—that the Triangle provides allows Julia to help a new generation of North Carolinians to build a prosperous life.

 

Having previously project managed billion-dollar implementation and integration projects, Julia manages transactions big and small confidently. Her eye for detail and organizational-mindedness provide calm for her clients.

 

Despite her analytical and strategic focus, Julia flexes her left-brain through creative pursuits including music and crafts. In her free time, she volunteers as a tutor for children from Spanish-speaking homes.
