Exeter Homes

Exeter Building Company was founded by John Heidel, John Finan, and Alex Yost, whose friendship traces back to a Raleigh neighborhood in the 1980s, on a shared passion for building exceptional homes.

The team builds custom luxury homes in premier communities such as Coley Forest, Rosewood Estates, and North Hills, and has been recognized multiple times at the Triangle Parade of Homes and as Builder Company of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County.
