Make the turn off Six Forks Road and thirty-nine townhomes stand three stories tall at the corner of Lead Mine, brick and warm wood against the North Raleigh sky. The Forks is an Envision Homes community at 9211 E Six Forks Road, built for the buyer trading down in square footage on purpose and up in everything else. Every home is 2,061 heated square feet across three floors: three bedrooms, three and a half baths, a single-car attached garage, and an elevator serving all three levels. Lock the door, and go.

Ceilings run 10'1" through the entire floor, which is what makes this level read as a single-family home rather than a townhome.
Third floor, 826 square feet. Owner's suite with its own bath and walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a second full bath and walk-in closet, a linen closet, and the elevator. Ceilings are 9'1".
Kitchens are finished as gourmet kitchens with oversized islands and a walk-in pantry. Homes are offered in two elevations, A and B, with end-unit conditions on both the foyer and garage sides.
The elevation does not read as a row. Bump-outs alternate down the building so no two front doors sit on the same plane, and the material palette carries real weight: brick veneer at the base, horizontal lap siding in Sherwin-Williams Natural Choice, vertical board and batten in Warm Stone, wood accent panels, charcoal metal accents, and large black windows. Front doors and garage doors are Urbane Bronze.
Inside, four interior design packages cover the kitchen, family room, owner's suite and owner's bath, so each home is finished as a set rather than assembled from a list.
Six Forks and Lead Mine has organized this part of Raleigh for a generation, and The Forks takes both its name and its address from that intersection.

Baileywick Road Park and the YMCA of the Triangle sit just off Baileywick Road. I-540 is minutes away. Downtown Raleigh runs roughly 20 to 25 minutes, RDU about 25, and Research Triangle Park about 25 to 30.
Baileywick Elementary School and The Magellan Charter School are both close by. School assignments are set by the Wake County Public School System and should be confirmed directly.
