Raised in New York, Karen earned her degree in social work in Albany. After a successful career in healthcare, she took time to focus on raising her young children. Like many families, Karen and her husband were drawn to North Carolina for its natural beauty, vibrant diversity, and welcoming southern hospitality.

When she decided to return to the workforce, Karen sought a career that offered both excitement and connection. She found exactly that in real estate as a founding member of The Coley Group, where she now serves as Director of Sales & Operations. In her leadership role, Karen uses her extensive market knowledge to support the agents and elevate the experience of The Coley Group’s valued buyers & sellers. She believes that buying or selling a home is one of life’s greatest adventures. Her goal is to guide the team and make every real estate journey as smooth & rewarding as possible.
