Originally from the small seaside town of Marion, Massachusetts, Johanna studied at UMass Dartmouth and later lived in the D.C. area, giving her a firsthand understanding of the relocation process. Now based in Raleigh, she’s embraced the Triangle’s charm, thriving food scene, and strong sense of community. Her real estate career is rooted in strategy, responsiveness, and genuine relationships. With a trusted network that spans North Carolina, New England, Arlington, VA, and Washington, D.C., Johanna knows how to position her clients for success, combining smart technology, high-level marketing, and personal attention to deliver a concierge-style experience whether you're buying your dream home or selling a well-loved one.

Outside of work, Johanna finds joy in cooking, calling it her favorite way to unwind and connect with others. She also loves soaking in the outdoors with her English Goldendoodles by her side, whether it’s along the Carolina trails or coastal New England paths she still visits often.
