The Green Chair Project’s annual Chairity event just started! This year promises to be more exciting than ever. From September 18-20, the event will showcase the transformative power of design and community, raising critical funds to support the mission of furnishing homes and changing lives.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore 15 beautifully curated rooms, each designed by local sponsoring interior designers and filled with donated products from top-tier home furnishings brands. These spaces, featuring everything from furniture and fabrics to rugs, lighting, art, and accessories, offer a wealth of design inspiration.
The guests can tour these incredible spaces and they’ll also have the chance to purchase items directly from the designer-inspired rooms. Plus, during the event, attendees can bid on 12 unique reimagined chairs, each crafted by local designers.

Make a Difference
Chairity 2024 is a celebration of the nurturing power of home, and we invite you to join us. By attending the event, you’re not just experiencing incredible design—you’re helping families in need create spaces where they can rebuild their lives.
The event spans three days, beginning with the Premiere Party on Wednesday evening, exclusively for designers, sponsors, and their guests. Public shopping for Chairity ticket holders takes place on:
- Thursday, September 19th, from 1 pm to 5 pm, including wine and nibbles. Tickets are $75.
- Friday, September 20th, from 9 am to 5 pm. Tickets are $35.

Additionally, the fabulous “reimagined chairs” will be on display at ArtSpace, located at 201 E Davie Street in downtown Raleigh, on the following dates:
- September 6th and 7th, from 11 am to 7 pm.
- September 8th, from 11 am to 4 pm.
