Enjoy the free public art, a plethora of health and wellness facilities, luxury salons, world-class restaurants, and more—right outside your door.

All these amenities make for high demand, which keeps North Hills at critically low inventory. Even with home inventory on the rise, you’ll have to hit that refresh button to catch new properties before they’re gone—or work with a truly expert real estate agent with access to off-market listings.

If you can nab a home in North Hills, you’re looking mostly at older homes built in the 1970s or previous. Apex is a small city of about 60,000 residents. Located on the southwest side of Raleigh, it’s about a 20-minute drive to downtown in light traffic.
