As the Director of Operations, I oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, meeting company goals and client needs.

As Director of Operations, Meredith ensures that every detail behind the scenes runs seamlessly, allowing our agents to deliver the unmatched service and results our clients deserve.

Meredith’s professional journey began in the high-energy world of broadcast journalism, producing for two of North Carolina’s top newsrooms. At WRAL in Raleigh, she earned an Emmy nomination for producing the 6 o’clock newscast covering the 2018 teacher rally. Thriving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments became second nature, and she carried this skillset into her next chapter in real estate.

After earning her broker license in 2020, Meredith navigated clients through one of the most competitive housing markets in years. In 2022, she welcomed her son and transitioned into operations, blending her love for real estate with her strengths in leadership, organization, and problem-solving.

Today, Meredith works behind the scenes to make sure The Coley Group’s promise of “Showing Raleigh’s Best” is felt by every client, every step of the way. When she’s not fine-tuning systems or supporting her team, she enjoys time with her son and two dogs, cheering on her favorite sports teams, exploring local breweries and rooftop restaurants, and training for her next long-distance run.
