Meredith has a passion for helping others, overcoming challenges, and staying organized. She’s a career communicator who started her professional journey in two of North Carolina’s top television newsrooms. While at WRAL in Raleigh, she received an Emmy nomination for her producing of the 6 o’clock newscast of the massive teacher rally in 2018. She thrives working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Her career took a turn towards real estate once she received her broker license in late 2020. Across the Triangle, she worked as a sales agent for two years and enjoyed meeting new people and helping clients buy and sell in the chaos of the extremely hot market of the time.

Meredith had her son in 2022, and afterwards decided to move to a supportive role in the real estate industry. It’s been the best decision. She’s able to spend more time with her son and husband with the ability to focus on what she does best. Her skills of management, writing, organization, problem-solving, communication and tenacity help her excel as the operations manager of The Coley Group.

In Meredith’s free time, she enjoys playing in her backyard with her son, watching sports and going to breweries with her husband. She’s taken up running and feels a lot of accomplishment from completing longer and longer races.
