With nearly 20 years in real estate, Tonya Wright combines sales expertise, local knowledge, and genuine care for her clients. Licensed as a North Carolina Real Estate Broker since 2005 and a GRI designee since 2006, she has guided buyers and sellers through smooth, stress-free transactions ranging from first homes to land and investment properties.

Before real estate, Tonya managed retail and agricultural businesses, sharpening her skills in negotiations, leadership, and customer service. That experience gives her the confidence to handle even the most complex deals with ease.

Tonya’s clients appreciate her listening ear and practical advice. She makes sure every step feels clear and manageable, whether you are buying, selling, or building new.

Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, Tonya now calls Raleigh home. Outside of real estate, she enjoys traveling, concerts, design projects, and time with her friends & family. Her passion for homes goes beyond sales, as she has a natural eye for design and lifestyle potential that helps clients see the big picture.
