Our team has worked in this market for 25 years. Twenty-nine people now: seventeen advisors and twelve more who make sure nothing falls through between the first conversation and closing day. Together, we watched Raleigh go from a city most people outside the Southeast could not place on a map to one of the fastest-growing markets in the country. We helped write that story, one closing at a time.

In 2025, this team helped 320 families move. $230 million in sales. Sellers averaged 29 days to contract while the region sat at 51. One in four homes sold never touched the public market. Those numbers are not luck. They are what 25 years of a team refining a system looks like when it finally comes together.

But none of that is why this team does the work.
